Eleanor Mompesson's entry in the Newman-Rogers Bible records that Eleanor was both born on July 28th 1703. Parish records quoted to me by North Cadbury antiquarian Sam Miller show that she was christened at North Cadbury on Aug 26, 1703, however his records include no reference to Eleanor having been buried at North Cadbury.
Eleanor's name also appears in the extract from Chancery Proceedings 23rd November 1742, which states that she was married to John Baily of South Cadbury, clerk.
